Responsibilities

Assist anesthesia providers and other health‑care members in providing care to patients undergoing operative invasive procedures. Prepare anesthesia equipment and supplies necessary for the administration of general, monitored anesthesia care, or regional anesthesia and support anesthesia services. Maintain inventory levels of anesthesia equipment and supplies. Provide specific anesthesia‑and‑equipment‑related comprehensive care to children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients undergoing invasive procedures.

Qualifications

• Education: H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required

• Work Experience: 1 year experience with direct patient‑care experience in a hospital setting Preferred
• 2 years previous experience in an operating room Preferred

• Licenses and Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
• Cer.A.T. – Certified Anesthesia Technician Preferred
