Job summary

Intermountain Health Spanish Fork Hospital is seeking an Anesthesia Technician to support the anesthesia care team. You will clean, calibrate, stock, and maintain anesthesia machines and supplies, transport patients, and assist with procedure preparation across shifts.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to sterile techniques, and proactive support for the operating room team. Part-time, 24 hours/week with potential on-call duties.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check, calibrate, restock, and maintain basic anesthesia equipment and carts.
• Ensure sterilization and proper functioning of equipment.
• Assist with room turnover and prepare equipment for procedures.
• Transport patients safely to and from the operating room.
• Perform point-of-care testing and sterilize equipment as needed.
• May be on call or float to other departments.
