Job summary

Mountain View Regional is seeking an Anesthesia Technician to assist the anesthesia team by preparing equipment, supporting procedures, and maintaining supplies across operating areas. You will work under the supervision of anesthesiologists and CRNAs to ensure safe and efficient patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The role emphasizes equipment setup, sterile technique, and proactive supply management, with responsibilities including monitoring devices, ABG handling, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited Anesthesia Technician program preferred or relevant coursework.
• 0-2 years of experience preferred in hospital or surgical setting.
• 1-2 years LVN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Setup, calibrate, and maintain anesthesia monitoring equipment for procedures.
• Assist anesthesia providers with aseptic techniques during procedures.
• Monitor vital signs and report abnormalities to the team.
• Stock anesthesia supplies across ORs and other areas.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs.
• Support patient transport and positioning under supervision.
• Provide guidance to other technicians when needed.
