Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking an Anesthesia Technologist to assist providers, set up and maintain anesthesia equipment, and support intraoperative care. The role covers monitoring, airway techniques, regional blocks, and coordination with perioperative teams to ensure efficient room turnover and patient safety.

Qualified candidates will have an accredited AS degree in Anesthesia Technology, ASATT certification, and BLS/ACLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited program in Anesthesia Technology with an AS degree.
• ASATT certification for Anesthesia Technologist or equivalent.
• Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support credentials are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist anesthesia providers with the plan of care.
• Prepare and monitor anesthesia equipment and supplies.
• Assist with induction, airway management, regional blocks, and labs/ABG collection.
• Maintain sterile technique and patient safety during procedures.
• Coordinate care with PACU, Critical Care, and perioperative teams.
