Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking an Anesthesia Technician in Oregon to assist with the preparation and maintenance of anesthesia equipment and supplies, enabling anesthesia providers to focus on patient care.

You will work with the Health Care Team to ensure safety, efficiency, and high-quality patient care, maintaining anesthesia workrooms and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years anesthesia tech experience preferred
• Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Set-up and maintenance of anesthesia machines and related equipment
• Assist anesthesia staff with case preparation and turnover
• Perform routine maintenance checks and inventory management
• Handle safety and infection control in daily activities
• Support codes and urgent events involving anesthesia equipment
• Participate in department education and QA activities
