Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Certified Anesthesia Technologist to support the anesthesia care team across adult to geriatric patients. The role emphasizes sterile technique, equipment setup, monitoring, and workroom management. You will participate in emergency responses and perioperative workflow improvements.

Required AS degree or ASATT certification, ACLS/BCLS, and experience with anesthesia machines. This full-time role includes weekend rotation within the department.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited program in Anesthesia Technology with an AS degree OR certified by ASATT as a Technologist.
• High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with anesthesia providers on the plan of care and anesthesia plan.
• Assist with non-invasive monitoring and induction of anesthesia for various patient ages.
• Set up anesthesia equipment, ensure sterile technique, and manage airway support during procedures.
• Respond to Code Blue/Pink and other emergencies with the anesthesia care team.
• Maintain stock, organize equipment, and coordinate with departments for equipment readiness.
