Job summary

Berkshire Medical Center is seeking a Service Line Special Projects Coordinator for the Anesthesia department to oversee multiple projects and help maintain operational policies. This role supports training materials and conducts standard reporting to audit progress and outcomes.

Reporting to the Department Chair and VP of Surgical Services, you will collaborate to ensure alignment with the BMC Mission and Vision, and support quality improvement initiatives across the anesthesia practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years broad experience in the healthcare industry.
• Associates Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Clear understanding of healthcare as it relates to hospital, Surgical/Anesthesia practices.
• Experience engaging with management and staff in projects and initiatives.
• Knowledge of quality and service improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple special projects concurrently.
• Maintain anesthesia clinical and non-clinical policies with leadership.
• Maintain training materials to operate the anesthesia practice.
• Design, produce and act on standard reports to audit project progress and outcomes.
