Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility in Arkansas is seeking an Andrology Lab Technician to support endocrinology andrology labs in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, and technical staff to ensure accurate processing and timely results, contributing to patient care and outcomes.

This full-time, onsite role in Bentonville requires a Biology/Chemistry bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of lab experience; you must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, or a related field is required.
• 1–2 years of laboratory experience preferred; new graduates with research experience are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills; compassionate communicator with patients; able to work independently and with a team; familiar with lab safety and quality control protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage packing, shipping, receiving, and documentation of cryopreserved reproductive specimens (oocytes, embryos, sperm).
• Serve as the primary patient contact for specimen disposition and transportation.
• Support the andrology laboratory as needed, assisting with specimen handling and other laboratory operations in accordance with established protocols.
• Ensure accurate consent verification and maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Respond to patient inquiries via portal, email, and phone; assist with authorization forms via video conferencing.
• Coordinate with external labs, couriers, and patients for record collection and shipment scheduling.
• Maintain updated paper and electronic records; follow all SOPs.
• Perform clerical duties and support additional projects or tasks as assigned.
