Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Technical Lead experience required.
• Total experience 8–10 years preferred.
• Strong Kotlin and Android SDK experience with modern Jetpack libraries.
• Experience with architectural patterns and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead Android feature delivery across multiple pods with technical checkpoints.
• Review designs, estimates, dependencies, and risks for feasibility and quality.
• Ensure Android constraints, non-functional requirements and product assumptions are met.
• Mentor engineers and promote reusable patterns and coding standards.
• Improve CI/CD, build performance, testing, and documentation.
