Included Health is seeking an Android Engineer to help build and launch our Android experience for members and clinicians. You will collaborate with Product and Design to deliver fast, accessible mobile experiences in a remote-first environment.

You’ll contribute to high-performance app development, partner with stakeholders, and help shape mobile UX standards while growing with a talented Treat Engineering team.

Qualifications

• Recent 2024 graduate with strong fundamentals.
• Proficient in Kotlin and mobile development best practices.
• Strong technical communication skills for cross‑team collaboration.
• Experience integrating analytics, feature flags, and authentication.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and mobile app design.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy experiences in the Android application.
• Measure and optimize Android app performance at scale.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers on UX.
• Contribute to development of best practices within the team.
• Make smart decisions independently and ask questions when needed.
