Job description

About us

Satispay began by rethinking the simple act of a payment to remove the friction from our daily routines. But we didn’t stop there. Today, we are building a complete financial platform designed to empower people and concretely improve their lives.

By giving our 6 million users a clear, open path to pay, save, and invest, we are evolving into the definitive destination for every financial need.

What you’ll be doing

As an Android Developer in the Consumer Wealth team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how millions of users save, invest, and grow their money. You’ll be at the forefront of designing intuitive, secure, and reliable features that demystify the world of finance, focusing on products like Funds, ETFs, and Stocks.

You will work on mission-critical features that drive app engagement, foster user trust, and simplify long-term wealth management. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Create impactful mobile experiences: Develop and implement innovative native Android applications to enhance user engagement and operate mission-critical wealth and investment features, from technical design to production.

  • Collaborate within a team: Work closely with a product manager, product designers, and backend engineers to integrate and refine features, ensuring cohesive, high-performance, and comprehensive mobile solutions.

  • Focus on users: Leverage technical skills to address user pain points, transforming complex financial data into intuitive design, clear charts, and seamless functionalities. Collaborate with data analysts to create A/B tests that maximize user experience and drive growth.

  • Drive continuous improvement: Play a key role in the iterative development process, enhancing existing investment features and creating new user-centric tools to keep our financial offerings cutting‑edge.

  • Ensure excellence: Maintain the highest standards for coding, performance, and security, contributing to the absolute reliability of our Android applications. In wealth management, robust client‑side authentication and data protection are paramount.

  • Solve Complex & Ambiguous Problems: Turn vague user investment needs into scalable technical solutions, balancing delivery speed with technical quality and long‑term maintainability.

  • Work in an AI‑Powered Environment: Leverage AI tools daily to write and optimize code, speed up root cause analysis, and generate documentation, raising the bar for engineering efficiency.

Expect challenges, collaboration, and the freedom to bring your ideas to life.

Our Android tech stack is built heavily on Kotlin, utilizing the Android SDK and Jetpack Compose. We value clean architecture, heavily leveraging the MVI Design Pattern, app modularization, Dependency Injection, and Kotlin Coroutines/Flows for asynchronous programming. You'll take ownership of your code from local development to Google Play Store deployment.

  • Android development experience: You have at least 3 years of hands‑on experience building and shipping high‑quality native applications using Kotlin, Android SDK, Android Studio, and Gradle. You have a strong grasp of our core tech stack (MVI, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flows, REST APIs).

  • FinTech & Wealth mindset: You have a strong interest or previous experience in FinTech, trading platforms, or wealth management products. Experience in dealing with complex data rendering, financial charts, or real‑time data feeds is highly valued.
