Responsibilities

• Own major features end to end, from design to release.

• Review pull requests and provide constructive feedback.
• Unblock the team and resolve blockers quickly.
• Drive the evolution of shared components for reuse.
• Keep code assets maintainable and well-documented.
• Shift verification left and automate where possible.
• Reduce manual interventions to enable faster releases.
• Foster efficient collaboration and timely decision-making.
