Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in healthcare revenue cycle.
• Experience with Epic EHR.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience developing financial reports and trends preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor denial trends and respond to payer communications to resolve billing issues.
• Develop reports for billing, collections, and denials for each service line.
• Collaborate with partners and vendors to ensure timely information sharing.
• Analyze patient accounts, identify issues, and determine solutions with insurance companies.
• Update patient demographic information and correct account details in the system.
• Act as liaison between patient and payer to expedite payment with accurate information.
• Conduct research to provide clear account information and report trends to management.
