Job summary

Central Ohio Urology Group is seeking an AR specialist to manage denial management, CPT/ICD-10 coding, and AR processes for ASC claims. You will review clinical documentation, post-surgery and hospital charges, and ensure accurate insurance billing while maintaining patient confidentiality.

The role requires at least 3 years of AR or medical billing experience, a High School diploma or equivalent, and strong computer skills. Travel is minimal and regulatory compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AR, denial management and CPT/ICD10 coding.
• Review clinical documentation to code and post-surgery charges and hospital charges for insurance billing.
• Assist with CPT and ICD10 coding.
• Maintain patient information per confidentiality policy.
• Maintain compliance with governmental and regulatory requirements.
• Complete mandated training and in-services (e.g., OSHA).
• Work AR for ASC.
• Minimum 3 years AR or medical billing experience.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.

Responsibilities

• Code and post-surgery charges and hospital charges for insurance billing.
• Assist with CPT and ICD10 coding.
• Manage Accounts Receivable for ASC.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with regulations.
• Complete mandated trainings (e.g., OSHA) and in-services.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing processes.
