Qualifications

• Experience in routine maintenance and building repairs in hospitality or residential settings.
• Carpentry and general repairs including doors, trim, shelving, cabinetry, and hardware.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to diagnose issues and decide when a licensed trade is needed.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in employee housing and ancillary properties.
• Complete carpentry work including doors, trim, shelving, and cabinetry.
• Fix minor drywall, paint, caulk, weatherproofing, and finish work.
• Address basic plumbing issues like faucets, toilets, and leaks.
• Manage basic electrical tasks such as fixtures and outlets where permitted.
• Inspect properties for safety and condition; plan preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with Facilities and outside contractors for complex work.
• Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and housing supplies.
• Support housing turnovers and prepare properties for new employees.
