Deep Well Services is seeking an Ancillary Equipment Technician to maintain and test oilfield equipment in the Permian region. The role supports both shop and field operations, with a focus on reliability and readiness of equipment such as light plants, tongs, hydraulic pumps, and generators.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel.

Reports to: BOP Manager
Travel Requirements: Local with occasional field support as required
Schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Work Location: This position is based out of the Permian shop; candidates must be local to Midland/Odessa Area. Reliable transportation is required.
Work Environment is non-traditional. Work will be performed in shop and occasional field environments, which may include exposure to varying weather conditions and operational settings.
All new hire training will be based in Zelienople, PA.
The Ancillary Equipment Technician is responsible for the preventative maintenance, service, repair, and testing of ancillary oilfield equipment including light plants, power swivels, tongs, hydraulic pumps, generators, and related support equipment. This role supports both shop and field operations to ensure equipment reliability and operational readiness.
Education: High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience)
Experience:
1+ years of experience working with ancillary equipment or related mechanical systems preferred
