Zusammenfassung

Hilcorp Alaska is seeking an experienced rotating equipment engineer to provide technical guidance to Asset Teams during maintenance of gas turbines, pumps, compressors, gearboxes and other rotating equipment in Anchorage.

You will support reliability-centered maintenance, troubleshoot rotating equipment, lead PM planning, and contribute to budget input and project queues. ~25% travel to field sites and coordination with Prudhoe Bay Overhaul teams are involved.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years minimum experience in oil production facilities, industrial plants or similar facilities with turbines, pumps, compressors, fans and blowers.
• Knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance, root cause investigations, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Experience in contract and project management.
• Knowledge of vibration analysis techniques and principles.
• Ability to solve problems accurately and communicate effectively with Hilcorp personnel and contractors.
• Ability to work a set schedule and maintain working relationships across departments.
• Ability to consider safety in all decisions and handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to travel to field sites as needed.

• Reliability centered maintenance optimization of rotating equipment.
• Project management assistance to facilities for rotating equipment and turnaround projects.
• Operational and economic evaluation to support production growth and facility expansion.
• Act as focal point for field employees and Engineering to troubleshoot and maintain site rotating equipment.
• Identify long-term maintenance and optimization needs and provide budgetary input.
• Manage on- and off-site contractor support within area of responsibility.
• Impact turnaround, maintenance and spare inventory budgeting.
• Collaborate with Prudhoe Bay Overhaul team to ensure alignment and provide rotating equipment expertise.
• Support and guide site field maintenance and operations teams on rotating equipment matters.
• Lead the adoption of new technology and standards for rotating equipment.
