Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years maintenance experience in oil and gas.
• Valid state driver's license to operate mobile equipment.
• Willing to work a 12-hour day/night shift with 2/2 weeks on/off on North Slope.
• Residence in Anchorage, AK or willing to relocate/commute.
• Able to lift 50 pounds frequently and handle up to 150 ft-lb of force.
• Comfortable working in extreme heat/cold, dust, and high-noise areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform millwright-related repairs on rotating equipment such as pumps, turbines, compressors, and gearboxes.
• Read blueprints and technical docs to determine procedures; install machinery per plans.
• Lead/oversee contract workforce; coordinate with other trades in field projects.
• Inspect materials and equipment with precision tools; maintain records and part lists.
• Ensure quality, safety, and continuous improvement on site.
