Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as backup to accounts payable and process invoices with proper approvals.
• Prioritize invoices according to terms and discounts.
• Update vendor information and reconcile statements.
• Maintain files and documentation per policy and practice.
• Support inventory, purchasing of office supplies and reception duties.
• Handle general inquiries and mail/teardown of front desk activities.
