Luis Mangandi Allstate Agency in Anchorage is seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional to assist existing clients, provide exceptional service, and identify new sales opportunities. The role focuses on inbound calls, building relationships, and cross-selling rather than cold outreach.

On-site Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM Alaska Time, you'll maintain records, handle policy changes, billing, renewals and claims questions, and collaborate with the team to meet agency goals.

Qualifications

• Active Alaska Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with inbound sales and cross selling is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls and service existing insurance accounts.
• Identify cross selling opportunities and generate new business.
• Conduct customer insurance reviews and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Assist with policy changes, billing, renewals, and claims questions.
• Prepare quotes and help customers understand their options.
• Occasionally follow up with prospective customers and sales leads.
• Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve agency goals.
