Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of customer service and/or office administration experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Managing Partner and management team.
• Collaborates with the onsite Service Lead to ensure efficient operations.
• Serve as a point of contact for agents and clients, addressing inquiries promptly.
• Greet and welcome visitors and answer phone inquiries.
• Coordinate accounts payable/receivable and reconcile expenses for agents.
• Assist with facility management and onboarding for new agents.
