First American in Anchorage is seeking an Escrow Officer to manage real estate escrow transactions from opening to closing, establish escrow accounts, review instructions, prepare closing documents, balance and disburse funds, and coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents to ensure timely settlements.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related escrow, title, real estate, mortgage, or closing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and manage escrow files from start to finish.
• Review buyer, seller, lender, and title instructions.
• Prepare closing documents and settlement statements.
• Coordinate with agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, and internal teams.
• Balance and disburse escrow funds accurately.
• Ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
