Real estate transactions move fast and behind every successful closing is an Escrow Officer who keeps the details, documents, dollars, and deadlines on track. We’re looking for a confident, detail-driven Escrow Officer to join our Anchorage team and help buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and industry partners move smoothly from contract to close. In this role, you’ll be more than a processor - you’ll be a trusted guide, problem-solver, and neutral partner who helps create a seamless closing experience.
You’ll manage real estate escrow transactions from opening to closing, including establishing escrow accounts, reviewing instructions, preparing closing documents, balancing and disbursing funds, clearing title requirements, and coordinating with all parties to ensure accurate, timely settlements.

This position is eligible for bonus pay and/or incentives for production or other goals. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
