Job summary

Qualifications

  • Master's degree required in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
  • Experience as a sitting CFO.
  • Experience with Board of Directors reporting.
  • Experience managing a $400M+ federal contracting business and a $250M+ commercial business.

Responsibilities

  • Direct finance and accounting talent strategy across a multi-entity enterprise.
  • Own consolidated GAAP reporting and applicable trust/tax reporting.
  • Govern internal controls and audit posture for DCAA/IRS.
  • Lead mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures from analysis to integration.
  • Set budgeting, forecasting, and pricing across CPFF, T&M, and FFP contracts.
  • Partner with the President/CEO on long-range corporate direction.
  • Oversee cash management and banking/partner relationships.
  • Support Board and shareholder governance.
