NeoGenomics Laboratories is seeking an Anatomic Pathology Quality Specialist Technologist for our lab in Ramsey, NJ. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Associate’s in laboratory science, with 2+ years of relevant experience preferred. Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Associate of Science in laboratory science or medical technology from an accredited institution.
• 2 years or more of Histology equivalent experience (high complexity testing) preferred.
• Nationally: HT (ASCP) or HTL (ASCP) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation of quality initiatives in department operations.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the Quality Management Program.
• Support department managers in investigating nonconforming events.
