Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Strong documentation and data-keeping abilities; comfortable following written procedures.
• Basic computer proficiency (Excel and Microsoft Office) and statistics.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all laboratory procedures and safety policies.
• Participate in quality assurance plans and document QA activities.
• Work as part of a team to produce repeatable quality results.
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory space.
• Participate in accuracy verification events for routine samples.
• Engage in training and competency assessments as outlined by training programs.
