Job summary

The Vancouver Clinic is seeking an Anatomic Pathology Manager in Vancouver, WA to lead the anatomic pathology laboratory. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, quality, compliance, and budgeting to ensure accurate, timely patient results.

You will guide staff through servant leadership, apply Lean methods to optimize workflows, and partner with clinical teams and external partners to advance laboratory services and technology.

Qualifications

• Associate of Science degree required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• HTL (ASCP) preferred; HT (ASCP) required.
• Minimum 4 years of technologist-level experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in Histology/Pathology.
• Experience in pathology lab areas incl. grossing, tissue processing, embedding, microtomy, staining, IHC.
• Experience in instrument and process validation/verification.
• Experience hiring, managing, and developing direct reports.
