The Vancouver Clinic, Inc. P.S. is seeking an experienced Anatomic Pathology Manager to lead the laboratory, oversee daily operations, staffing, quality, compliance, and budgeting. You will apply Lean principles, drive improvements, and collaborate with clinical teams and external partners to expand services.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, excellent communication, and analytical skills, with a commitment to staff development and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of technologist-level experience in pathology.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience in Histology/Pathology.
• Experience in Grossing, tissue processing, embedding, microtomy, staining, IHC preferred.
• HT (ASCP) required; HTL (ASCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the anatomic pathology laboratory.
• Lead staffing, quality management, regulatory compliance, and budgeting.
• Apply Lean principles to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and external partners to advance services.
