Job summary

Codex is seeking an Anaplan Model Builder to join its growing enterprise planning team in Massachusetts. This role offers an early-to-mid career path within a mature environment and a roadmap for expanding your Anaplan expertise through new model builds, enhancements, integrations, and emerging use cases.

You will design, build, and optimize Anaplan models, collaborate with business stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes across SPM and other planning use

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on Anaplan experience.
• Experience building at least one Anaplan model from start to finish.
• Experience enhancing and maintaining existing Anaplan models.
• Strong model-building and problem-solving skills.

Our client is looking for an Anaplan Model Builder to join its growing enterprise planning team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-to-mid career Anaplanner looking to work in a mature environment with a strong implementation roadmap. Whether you're looking to deepen your technical expertise or broaden your planning experience, you'll have the opportunity to work across new model builds, enhancements, integrations, and emerging use cases.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and deploy Anaplan models from the ground up.
• Enhance and optimize existing models to support evolving business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve model issues while improving performance and scalability.
• Apply Anaplan best practices across model design and development.

Business Partnership

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Anaplan solutions.
• Support planning initiatives across Sales Performance Management and other enterprise planning use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality planning solutions.

Integrations & Continuous Improvement

• Support integrations between Anaplan and enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, and data platforms.
• Assist with data imports, exports, and automation initiatives.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve planning processes and model performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required

• 2–5 years of hands-on Anaplan experience.
• Experience building at least one Anaplan model from start to finish.
• Experience enhancing and maintaining existing Anaplan models.
• Strong model-building and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Sales Performance Management (SPM) or Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) experience.
• Experience with Anaplan integrations.
• Exposure to Salesforce, Snowflake, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
