Job summary

Brabner Fox, a US-based boutique consultancy specializing in EPM, is seeking an Anaplan Consultant with 1–3 years of hands-on experience to build elegant, high‑impact models and grow in the Anaplan space. This role is primarily remote (US‑based) with travel to client sites; East Coast preference.

You will design, build, and optimize Anaplan models end-to-end, partner with Finance and FP&A, create dashboards, and contribute to the practice as it grows.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on AnaplanModel Builder/implementation experience.
• Strong interest in FP&A, cost allocations, profitability or planning processes is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Anaplan lists, modules, formulas, imports/exports, and integrations.
• Experience in client-facing environments with ability to manage priorities.
• Excellent communication skills interacting with stakeholders.
• Self-starter with autonomy and ownership.
• Genuine desire to deepen Anaplan expertise at a boutique firm.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize Anaplan models end-to-end—from requirements through testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Translate complex business processes into scalable Anaplan solutions.
• Partner with client stakeholders (Finance, FP&A, operations) to deliver measurable value.
• Create intuitive dashboards and user experiences that drive adoption.
• Champion Anaplan best practices, data governance, model performance, and optimization.
• Support UAT, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Contribute to internal knowledge base, accelerators, and pre-sales as the practice grows.

We are partnering with a US-based boutique consultancy specializing in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. Their growing Anaplan practice sits alongside deep expertise in other leading EPM platforms, allowing us to provide truly independent, best-fit solutions for every client.

We’re looking for a motivated Anaplan Consultant (1–3 years of hands‑on experience) who is passionate about building elegant, high‑impact models and is committed to continuous growth in the Anaplan space. This role is primarily remote (US‑based) with occasional travel to client sites when needed. There is a strong preference for those working on the East Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize Anaplan models end‑to‑end — from requirements gathering through testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support
• Translate complex business processes into scalable, maintainable Anaplan solutions
• Partner closely with client stakeholders (Finance, FP&A, and operations teams) to ensure solutions deliver measurable value
• Create intuitive dashboards and user experiences that drive adoption
• Champion Anaplan best practices, data governance, model performance, and ongoing optimization
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and knowledge transfer
• Contribute to our internal knowledge base, accelerators, and pre‑sales activities as the practice grows

Key Skills, Experience & Attitudes

• 1–3 years of practical Anaplan Model Builder / implementation experience
• Strong interest in financial services (FP&A, cost allocations, profitability, or planning processes is a big plus)
• Solid understanding of Anaplan platform capabilities — lists, modules, formulas, imports/exports, and integrations
• Experience working in client‑facing environments with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging directly with stakeholders
• Self‑starter who enjoys autonomy and takes ownership of their work
