Infosys Limited is seeking a Package Project Lead 1 in Irvine, CA to drive Anaplan and EPM initiatives. You will design, model, and implement Anaplan solutions, collaborate with client stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional teams across project phases.

The role emphasizes proactive risk management, architecture discipline, and delivering value with enterprise planning tools. Excellent communication and onshore delivery are required.

Qualificações

• Experience in design, modeling, architecture, and implementation of any EPM products.
• Experience in Anaplan.
• Certified Anaplanner (Level 2 SA/Master).
• Hands-on experience implementing Anaplan solutions.
• Knowledge of Anaplan integration with external tools and model-to-model integrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Masters in Accounting or Finance, CA, CPA, MBA (preferred).

In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
• Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
• Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Required Skill and Experience

• Experience in design, modeling, architecture, and implementation of any EPM products.
• Experience in Anaplan.
• Certified Anaplanner (Earlier Intermediate Model Building Certification or New Level 2 Model Builder Certification – SA/Master Anaplanners)
• Hands on experience in implementing Anaplan solution/s
• Experience with enterprise functions.
• An ability to configure and maintain Anaplan lists, modules, dashboards, actions and other model settings with a focus on Anaplan best practices.
• Knowledge of Anaplan integration with external tools is a must along with setting up of Model to Model Integrations.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Masters in Accounting or Finance, CA, CPA, MBA
• Ability to address the issues around Anaplan performance and sizing – Knowledge of sizing best practices.
• Experience of working with Anaplan Data Hub.
• Ability to appreciate user requirements in SPM and FP&A, Finance domain and convert them in to design specs and architecting solutions
• Ability to play a role of Techno-Functional consultant on Anaplan platform and managing various phases of program.
• Communication / presentation / verbal and written communication skills.
• An ability to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor.
• Work in an onshore-offshore team environment.
• Ability to understand and translate a client’s business, informational and process needs into EPM Solution.
• Experience authoring and publishing artifacts, as well as artifact lifecycle.
• Knowledge in Sprint and Agile implementation methodology
• An ability to develop and lead a team of Consultants.
• Experience with full software lifecycle methodology with ability to execute and track Anaplan project delivery.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
