Job summary

Vizient seeks a seasoned analytics professional to support the Ambulatory Pharmacy team across financial and operational functions. You will develop proformas, analyze 340B opportunities, and create dashboards to drive strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with clients, interpret industry trends, and present actionable insights to senior pharmacy leadership. Strong Excel, SQL, and Power BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in healthcare data analytics, financial analytics, pharmacy analytics, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills with analytical models, formulas, and macros.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for leadership presentations.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Access, and dashboard development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced financial, operational, and healthcare data analyses to identify opportunities and respond to ad hoc requests.
• Interpret trends, regulatory changes, utilization patterns, and forecasts to assess client impact.
• Develop, manage, and track project plans to meet timelines and budgets.
• Design reports, dashboards, charts, and executive presentations communicating insights.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Create customized financial proformas including cash flow and profitability analyses.
• Analyze prescriber, dispensing, and claims data to identify 340B opportunities and revenue growth.
• Maintain analytics tools for identifying specialty and limited distribution drugs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional clients to develop analytics solutions and performance metrics.
