Job summary

Vizient is seeking a data-driven professional to support client objectives by analyzing and presenting data, driving adoption of Vizient products and solutions, and contributing to strategic initiatives in pharmacy and healthcare analytics.

You will lead analyses, develop insights, draft presentations for client management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and value for participating clients. Travel to meet clients is required periodically.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Strong analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills required.
• Advanced level knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL required.
• ACE Certification for 340B or ability to obtain within first year of hire required.
• Certified Pharmacy Tech (CPhT) preferred.
• Experience with 340B, Pharmacy Revenue Integrity, and Retail/Specialty Pharmacy preferred.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, pharmacy supply chain, and GPO contracting preferred.
• Possess strong client-facing and group presentation skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex business challenges.
• Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to develop creative and innovative solutions and new program offerings.
• Coordinate with Spend Management and Analytics to enhance pharmacy products and services and improve performance.
• Build relationships and networking opportunities among Vizient clients on strategic topics.
• Collaborate with clients, Vizient teams and Data and Digital on enhancements, data mining, and reporting.
• Develop and support new program offerings to build client value.
• Execute portions of project plans and prioritize tasks to meet milestones.
• Draft presentations and present data and recommendations to client management.
• Suggest ideas for improving products, services, tools and methods.
• Contribute to intellectual capital materials (e.g., case studies).
