Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Jersey City seeks an Analytics Solutions Senior Associate to shape data strategy, analytics, and AI-enabled workflow across the Chief Administrative Office.

You will analyze business processes, design automation solutions, and partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable, measurable outcomes. The role focuses on end-to-end delivery, governance, and leveraging AI capabilities to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development or workflow automation.
• Expert hands-on experience with Pega workflow development.
• Advanced experience developing intelligent automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, UiPath, Python, Alteryx.
• Experience delivering AI and intelligent automation solutions including Generative AI and IDP technologies.
• Advanced experience with Signavio Process Mining and process analytics.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills using Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution architecture, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Design and implement workflow automation solutions using Pega, Power Platform, UiPath, Alteryx, and other enterprise technologies.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, assess business value, and design future-state solutions.
• Leverage AI, Generative AI, ML, and IDP capabilities to automate decision-making and data extraction.
• Utilize Signavio to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
• Collaborate with business, technology, data, architecture, and control partners to ensure secure, compliant delivery.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and incorporate AI-driven innovation into transformation initiatives.
