Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lab work plans using milestones and standards
  • Handle samples (in-process, release, stability) with HPLC, UV/Vis, Disintegration and Dissolution
  • Perform method development, validation and transfer activities
  • Author protocols, test methods, reports, COAs and SOPs
  • Review technical documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Direct technical staff and assign tasks; act as Technical Lead
  • Drive efficiency improvement projects with guidance
  • Train others on laboratory techniques
  • Identify business opportunities on project basis

This role involves working on diverse projects with a focus on analytical techniques and laboratory operations. You will contribute to method development, validation, and technical documentation while ensuring compliance with standards.
