Job summary

Equinix in Dallas seeks an analytics leader for Global Billing, Credit & Collections to own analytics and reporting. You will transform raw data from multiple sources into trusted dashboards and inform decisions at leadership levels.

You’ll translate business questions into data requirements, define KPI logic, and guide cross-functional teams through data-driven initiatives, including migrations of BI tools and platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL – explore, validate, and reason about data.
• Understand data structures, joins, and keys.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion/EBS and Salesforce SFDC data structures.
• Cloud analytics platforms (GCP/BigQuery) and BI tools (Looker/Tableau).
• Bonus: knowledge of B2B billing, credit and collections; Python automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytics agenda and translate business questions into data requirements.
• Define, validate and document reporting logic, KPI definitions and data relationships.
• Merge datasets across billing, credit and collections to answer end-to-end questions.
• Guide SMEs to use datasets and review work for accuracy and consistency.
• Lead through concurrent migrations of BI tools, platforms and datasets.
• Partner with IT, GBCC and cross-functional teams across geographies.
