Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL provider with focus on supply chain management and e-commerce. The role focuses on data reporting, KPI tracking, and financial close activities to support distribution and transportation operations.

You will extract, transform, and validate data from SAP, Power BI, and SharePoint to build dashboards and ad hoc reports for leadership decision-making. A Bachelor’s degree and two years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, analytics, data science, accounting, finance, or a similar field is required.
• At least two years of experience in a Business Analyst, Consultant, Business Development, or Project Development role.
• Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support invoice billing creation and review for distribution and transportation activities.
• Create internal and external accrual files for financial month-end close activities.
• Review material purchases, usage, and operational consumption trends to support reporting, billing validation, and safety stock levels.
• Plan, compile, and deliver recurring and month-end reports to support business needs and leadership decision-making.
• Extract, cleanse, transform, validate, and reconcile data from SAP, Power BI, SharePoint, and other systems for reporting and analysis.
• Maintain reporting tools, dashboards, trackers, and source files for KPI, invoicing, and customer reporting.
• Document KPI definitions and data sources; validate KPI outputs and investigate variances.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, and stakeholders to translate requirements into reporting solutions.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate automation and AI-enabled workflows to improve processes.
