Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL service provider in supply chain management and e-commerce. This role supports financial month-end close, KPIs, and reporting across distribution and transportation activities.

The Business Analyst collaborates with Operations, IT, and stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights, leveraging SAP, Power BI, SharePoint data and improving processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
• Minimum two years in a Business Analyst, Consultant, Business Development, or Project Development role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient Excel skills; SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with managers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support invoice billing creation and review for distribution and transportation activities.
• Create internal and external accrual files for month-end close activities.
• Review purchases and consumption trends to support reporting and invoicing.
• Plan and deliver recurring and month-end reports for leadership decisions.
• Develop KPI reports and dashboards from SAP, Power BI, and SharePoint data.
