Job summary

Mindex is seeking a Product Owner for Advanced Analytics to guide data platform strategy and analytics delivery for PK-12 education clients. You will translate customer challenges into epics and collaborate with engineering and UX to deliver data lakehouse, reports, dashboards, and self-service tools.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, AI-enabled workflows, and partnership with multiple stakeholders including customers and product teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills across multiple projects.
• Ability to translate data needs into actionable product requirements.
• Experience defining data quality, timeliness, and accuracy as product requirements.
• Experience with analytics features, dashboards, and self-service tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate vision into actionable product plans with the Product Director.
• Partner with customers to identify needs and document epics with requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with engineering and UX to break epics into features and stories.
