Job summary

Confidential is seeking an Analytics Engineer to join a data-driven team building a next-generation analytics platform. You will own the user experience layer of the data product, currently centered on Tableau, and ensure scalable, reusable analytical capabilities across internal and external users.

You will co-own harmonization, semantic layers, and governance, delivering durable data products that move beyond dashboards and support AI-enabled insights for operational and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytics engineering background with data modeling and analytics product development.
• Solid SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred).
• Experience with transformation tools like dbt and ETL/ELT patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own user interaction layer of the data product, currently Tableau-centered but platform-agnostic.
• Co-own transformation of raw data into harmonized, business-ready data products.
• Transform data into models, metrics, and semantic layers for governance and insights.
• Build analytics solutions beyond traditional BI to identify patterns and outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to guide product direction and data quality.
