Job summary

Dimensional Fund Advisors in Charlotte, NC is seeking an intellectual and creative Investment Engineering Analytics Platforms professional to work on portfolio analytics and client applications, contributing to the investment process and product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or economics.
• Experience with programming; Python is highly considered.
• Understanding of financial markets and willingness to learn Dimensional’s approach.
• Experience with databases and large data sets; ability to analyze data for meaningful results.
• Knowledge of SQL, databases, and REST APIs; data extraction and analysis experience.
• Experience with software management skills such as Git and CI processes.

• Own portfolio analytics and client applications within the Analytics Platforms area.
• Build and maintain internal tools and frameworks to empower product teams.
