Dimensional Fund Advisors is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead architecture and delivery for our portfolio management systems. You will mentor engineers, shape technology strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

You will design platform architectures, drive code quality, and ensure reliability while aligning with business goals and industry best practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; 10+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in Lead/Principal roles.
• Experience in the financial services industry (e.g., investment management, trading systems, or fintech).
• Proficiency in C#; strong backend development including API design, data management, and system integration; experience with Domain Driven Design.
