Job summary

Dimensional Fund Advisors seeks a motivated Analyst for the Global Client Group in Charlotte to learn Dimensional’s investment solutions, support insurance client relationships, and participate in consultative sales activities.

You will develop product knowledge, build client relationships, and generate reports while collaborating with regional directors and marketing. This role emphasizes teamwork, drive, and strong communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• 1–2 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry (including internships).
• SIE (Securities Industry Essentials), Series 7, and Series 63/66 licenses required within the first 12 weeks of hire.
• Able to work equally well in a team environment and independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of Dimensional investment solutions, advisor services, and strategic insurance client base.
• Make proactive outbound sales calls to existing and prospective clients to strengthen relationships and create opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with partner firms’ internal wholesalers, providing ongoing client service and support.
• Learn and leverage Dimensional’s suite of analytical, reporting, and relationship management tools.
• Support Dimensional Regional Directors in day-to-day client relationship management and sales/prospecting.
