TEKsystems is seeking an Analytics Partner for a contract, remote role blending analytics and storytelling. You will own datasets, pipelines, and automations that feed recurring reports and craft narratives that drive marketing decisions.

You will partner with marketing managers to frame measurement questions, build dashboards and self-serve views, ensure data quality, and document data flows between internal platforms and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role requires mid-to-senior experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own the recurring metrics narrative for leadership reviews, team forums and cross-functional readouts. Produce readout-ready visuals and written summaries that stand on their own without a presenter
• Build and maintain the data sets, pipelines and automations that recurring reporting runs on, including customer lifecycle segmentation models, community and program dashboards, CRM data flows and intake automation, and campaign engagement across on-platform channels (email, ads, & in-product notifications)
• Partner directly with marketing managers and leads to frame measurement questions, interpret results and shape what gets measured next
• Build dashboards and self-serve reporting views that reduce one-off request volume
• Own data quality on the sources feeding reporting: validation, deduplication and integrity filtering
• Maintain and document CRM and marketing automation data flows, including pipelines between internal data platforms and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Document your work so that reporting continuity does not depend on any single person

Description

The small business marketing teams make decisions that reach millions of businesses. Those decisions depend on measurement: who we reach, what changes their behavior, and what it is worth. We are looking for an Analytics Partner who can both produce that measurement and translate it into a story the business acts on.

This is a hybrid role by design. You will own the data sets, pipelines and automations that recurring reporting depends on, and you will own the narrative that sits on top of them. We are not looking for an analyst who interprets data someone else prepared, and we are not looking for a pure data engineer. We need both halves in one person.

You will work as an embedded partner to marketing managers and team leads, shaping the measurement question before the analysis starts rather than receiving requests after decisions are already framed.

What you will do

This is a Contract position based out of Menlo Park, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $85.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
