Our client is seeking a Senior Social Marketing Manager, International Markets to drive social strategy, planning, activation, and performance reporting for a global social platform on their B2B advertising team.

The ideal candidate combines social media expertise with international experience. This individual must be highly knowledgeable about social strategy, global audience engagement, and have experience supporting international campaigns in APAC and LATAM.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day planning, publishing, and activation of social content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Threads, and Instagram Broadcast.
• Develop and maintain editorial calendars and content plans aligned to business objectives.
• Lead go-to-market planning and activation for product launches, campaigns, and branded events.
• Monitor community engagement and support community management activities.
• Analyze social performance data and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate efforts across regional partners in APAC, LATAM, EMEA, and North America.

Required Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience managing or supporting flagship social media accounts for global brands, either in-house or agency.
• Demonstrated expertise planning, managing, creating, publishing, and optimizing social media content across: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Threads.
• Strong experience analyzing social media performance and translating data into strategic recommendations.
• Advanced knowledge of social platform functionality, trends, audience engagement, reactive marketing, and best practices.
• Experience supporting campaigns and audiences in APAC and LATAM.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, Portuguese, or Hindi.
• Experience leading social strategy for mobile app, consumer tech, SaaS, or digital brands.
• Experience leading marketing and communications teams and initiatives across APAC and LATAM.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $85.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
