Job summary

Moody’s invites a highly motivated student to join our 10-week summer internship in New York. You will work with analytics, modelling analysts and economists to write code that brings together Moody’s proprietary and external datasets to produce key strategy credit products.

The role focuses on quantitative methods, data models, data pipelines and visualizations, enabling you to contribute to real-world Moody’s applications while gaining mentorship and a hands-on learning experience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing MS in CS/Programming/Computational Science and Engineering or similar.
• Graduation window May 2028–June 2029.
• Ability to work during program dates: June 7th – August 13th 2027.

Responsibilities

• Write code to integrate Moody’s proprietary and external datasets to produce key strategy credit products.
• Contribute to data models, data pipelines and visualizations.
• Collaborate with analytics & modeling analysts and economists on projects.
