Job summary

Moody's Corporation invites applications for a 10-week summer internship focused on data analytics and modelling. You will join the Default and Rating Analytics Team, writing code to merge Moody's datasets with external sources to build credit strategy products. You will contribute to data models, pipelines, and visualizations using R, Python, SQL, and Power BI.

The program runs June–August with mentorship, networking, and exposure to Moody's business culture. US-based hourly wage is $45/hr.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science/Programming/Computational Science and Engineering or similar.
• Graduation date of May 2028 - June 2029.
• Ability to work during program dates: June 7th - August 13th 2027.

Responsibilities

• We are seeking a detailed-oriented, well organized summer intern to work with our team for the summer.
• You will write code to bring together Moody's proprietary and external datasets to produce key strategy credit products.
• With your solid understanding of quantitative methods and coding skills, you will contribute to data models, data pipelines and visualizations.
