Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking an Analytics Manager - Operations (Central Region) in St. Louis, MO. This hybrid role partners with senior leaders to deliver enterprise analytics, drive profitability, and guide operational excellence across hospitality functions.

You will mentor analysts, lead cross-team initiatives, and develop robust reporting and data tools using SQL, Tableau, Python and BigQuery while communicating insights clearly to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college.
• 3+ years of professional work experience.
• Demonstrated business acumen for the casino industry and drivers of business performance.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with structured analyses.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with R, VBA, SAS, Python; experience with Google BigQuery.
• Experience with web-based data visualization tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy).
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with senior leaders to refine analyses and identify opportunities.
• Conduct rigorous analytics to improve profitability, operations, and customer service.
• Distill large datasets into actionable insights and present to senior management.
• Assist junior analysts in structuring analytics and creating presentation materials.
• Lead or contribute to strategic projects and cross-Analytics initiatives.
• Design and deliver reporting for operating departments to show trends and drivers.
• Use SQL, R, Tableau, BigQuery, Python to develop analytics tools and drive tech adoption.
• Drive training and development of junior analysts.
