Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking an Enterprise Analytics Manager for the Central Region to lead analytics that drive profit and act as a trusted business partner to Hospitality operations. You will mentor junior analysts and guide prioritization of time to maximize impact.

You will use SQL, R, Python, and visualization tools to distill data into actionable insights, prepare senior leadership-ready presentations, and lead cross-Analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college.
• 3+ years of professional work experience.
• Demonstrated business acumen for the casino industry; articulate drivers of business performance.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a track record of driving measurable outcomes.
• Advanced SQL and one or more of R, VBA, SAS, Python; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or MicroStrategy).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Build productive relationships with Senior leaders to develop and refine analyses and opportunities.
• Conduct rigorous analytics to improve profitability, processes, and customer service with minimal guidance.
• Distill datasets into actionable insights and create senior management presentations.
• Assist junior analysts in structuring analytics and preparing materials for senior management.
• Lead discussions with senior clients and support strategic projects.
• Design and deliver operating department reporting for visibility into trends and drivers.
• Use SQL, R, Tableau, Google BigQuery, Python to develop analytics tools and reporting.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies in analytics and reporting.
• Lead or contribute to large cross-Analytics team projects.
• Drive training and development of junior analysts in technical skills.
