You will lead a growing team of analysts responsible for running complex data processes and delivering high-quality analysis across multiple client engagements.
As Analytics Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of the analytics function, ensuring data is onboarded, processed, analyzed, and quality-checked efficiently across multiple concurrent engagements.
You will manage a team of analysts while partnering with data scientists, engineers, consultants, and other technical teams to maintain a consistently high quality bar and identify opportunities to improve processes and tooling.
This is not a pure hands-on data science or AI research position. The emphasis is on managing analytical delivery, maintaining quality, solving problems, and keeping complex projects moving against demanding deadlines.
The successful candidate will likely have 4–8 years of experience within analytics, data science, consulting, or another quantitative environment, alongside experience leading people or analytical workstreams.
You should bring:
Experience within consulting, startups, analytics consulting, or another deadline-driven client-service environment would be particularly relevant.
You do not need to be an expert in LLM evaluation frameworks or have personally built sophisticated AI QA systems. More important is your ability to understand what high-quality analytical delivery looks like, manage the processes and people responsible for it, and work effectively with specialist technical teams.
If you are an analytics professional who enjoys combining data, people leadership, project delivery, and problem-solving, this is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership within a rapidly growing technology organization.
